When Disaster Strikes When disasters such as earthquakes, floods or fires strike California, the Water Agency Response Network uses the Hunter Communications, custom-designed and engineered database-driven Web site to share and allocate resources between almost 300 different municipal utility districts. |

Sharing Resources Online The Web site allows member utilities an ability to share information before, during and after an emergency. The unique application of a secure database provides members with a list of resources available from other member utilities for use in response to a critical event. Members maintain their own information and are encouraged to keep the list up to date, so that they are available when a fellow member requires assistance. |
